Lymphatic Package Terms, Cancellations And Refunds

Rescheduling: Sessions should be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice.

Missed Sessions: Sessions missed or cancelled without 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and cannot be carried forward.

Package Validity

• Regular & Advanced Packages: Valid for 30 days from the start date.

• Virtual Package: Valid for one calendar month. Sessions may be individual or conducted in small groups.
  Unused sessions expire after the validity period.

Single Session Booking: One individual session can be booked by paying an additional ₹300, applicable only to Regular or Advanced packages, and subject to availability.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered only if the service is cancelled by the therapist before the start of the package or if sessions cannot be delivered due to therapist unavailability.

• Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be provided.

• Missed or unused sessions are non-refundable.
